SilverScript has the self-service tools you need to make using your benefits easier. Check out these helpful services you will find online at SilverScript.com or by calling the Customer Care number on the back of your Member ID card:

Find a network pharmacy

Locate any standard or preferred pharmacy in our nationwide network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, online or by phone. Look for the  teal colored heart icon in the online tool, indicating a preferred pharmacy location where you get the lowest copays.1  Be sure to select your current plan to get an accurate list.

Pay your Premium

Make a one-time premium payment online by credit card from your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone, or call the Customer Care number on the back of your Member ID card from any phone and follow the voice prompts. It only takes a few minutes to make your payment through our secure systems.

Download, view, or print important plan information online, or request by phone to receive documents and forms in the mail:

  • Evidence of Coverage (EOC) - Refer to your plan's EOC to learn about your rights and responsibilities as a SilverScript member, and to find important information about topics like how to use your benefits and how to pay your monthly premiums.
  • Comprehensive Formulary - Browse your plan's covered medications by drug category or drug name, make sure the medications you and your doctor select for your treatment are covered or check for lower cost alternatives.
  • Plan Forms - Get the forms you need to file a paper claim, sign up for automatic payments from your bank account, order prescriptions through CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy™ and more.

Sign Up for Worry-Free Automatic Premium Payments

Automatic monthly premium payments are convenient and effortless. Choose any of our three automatic payment options and say goodbye to checks, postage, and remembering due dates.

  • Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefits deduction - Call us toll free at 1-855-651-4856, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to have your premium deducted directly from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board benefits. (TTY: 711.)
  • Automatic bank account withdrawal - Complete the form at the bottom of your invoice and mail it to us with your premium payment. To avoid delays, be sure to follow the directions carefully, sign the form and include all necessary documentation.
  • Recurring credit or debit card charge - Call us toll-tree at 1-855-651-4856, (TTY: 711) to have your monthly premium charged to your credit card.
Monthly Premium Bill FAQs
I haven’t received my first invoice to pay my monthly premium. When can I expect it?

Your first invoice may take up to 45 days to arrive, and you may be billed for two months' coverage at that time. Your payment is not due until you receive your first invoice. You are always welcome to call SilverScript Customer Care at the number on the back of your Member ID card to make a payment over the phone.

When are my premium payments due?

Premium payments are due on the 1st of each month. If you select convenient automatic premium payments through your bank account or credit card, your payment will be processed between the 8th and 10th of each month.

I signed up for automatic payments, but I received an invoice in the mail. What should I do?

It may take two or more months for automatic deductions to begin. Please continue to mail your check or money order, pay with a credit card online at SilverScript.com or pay with cash, a credit card or your debit card at your local CVS Pharmacy®2 until you no longer receive an invoice in the mail.

Can I send one check to pay for more than one member’s premiums?

To avoid confusion, we ask that you send separate checks and payment coupons for each account and include the Payment ID number on your check. Your Payment ID number is located on the payment coupon attached to your invoice.

Can I cancel my automatic payment method?

Yes. You may call Customer Care to cancel automatic payments at any time. The choice is always yours.

I’m having difficulty paying for my prescription drug plan. What can I do?

Payment plans are available for premium payments. Call 1-855-651-4856 (TTY: 711) to discuss your premium payment options with a representative. You can also request Extra Help, which is a program that helps people with limited income and resources pay for their Medicare prescription drug costs. To see if you qualify for Extra Help, visit your local Social Security office or call 1-800-772-1213 (TTY: 1-800-325-0778)  between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
